  • Vikaso Infosolutions LLP reserves the right to decline projects that violate legal, ethical, or professional standards.
4. Intellectual Property
  • All content, code, graphics, and deliverables created by Vikaso Infosolutions LLP remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Upon completion and full payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables is transferred to the client.
  • Vikaso Infosolutions LLP retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless restricted by the client in writing.
5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information shared during a project. Vikaso Infosolutions LLP will not disclose any confidential data without prior written consent, except where required by law.

6. Payments and Invoicing
  • Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in the project agreement or invoices.
  • Delayed payments may attract additional charges or suspension of services.
  • Final deliverables will only be handed over once all outstanding payments are cleared.
7. Revisions and Feedback
  • Clients are entitled to the number of revisions specified in the project agreement.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Timely feedback from the client is essential to maintain project deadlines.
8. Termination of Services
  • Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
  • In such cases, Vikaso Infosolutions LLP will invoice for work completed up to the termination date.
  • Outstanding payments must be settled before the release of any deliverables.
9. Warranties and Limitations of Liability
  • Vikaso Infosolutions LLP does not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., rankings, leads, or sales) from its services.
  • We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • We will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Third-Party Services
  • We may use third-party tools, APIs, plugins, or hosting services to deliver projects.
  • Vikaso Infosolutions LLP is not responsible for failures or issues caused by third-party services.
  • Clients are responsible for securing necessary licenses or legal permissions for third-party tools used in their projects.
11. Maintenance and Support
  • Unless stated in the project agreement, ongoing maintenance and support are not included.
  • Clients may purchase separate maintenance or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) packages for continued support after project delivery.
12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
